I've been on a real pizza kick lately. What can I say? It's easy and always a hit. I made this one a while back when I had some barbeque left over from back home. It's so hard to find good barbeque. Anyway, Here's what you need:
1 pizza crust (have I posted my crust recipe yet? If not, I will soon)
2 Tbsp corn meal
1/4 lb pork barbeque
1/4 c BBQ sauce + a little more for drizzling
1/2 to 3/4 c cheddar cheese, shredded
Sprinkle crust with cornmeal.
Spread 1/4 cup or so BBQ sauce on the crust.
Distribute meat evenly over sauce
Sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with a little more sauce.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
Enjoy! It may sound weird, but I promise you, it's yummy!
