That Darn Cat!

Since we bought my glider (which is heaven, by the way), my cat, Daysie, has taken up residence in it. Anytime the door is open to the nursery, you can bet she is in that chair. I can't blame her, it is pretty comfortable. However, we didn't pay that much for a cat bed...so I just kick her out when I want to sit in it. Well, then this happened:

"If I can't have the glider, I get the crib...."

The first time, she jumped off of the ottoman into the crib. No problem, right? I will just move the ottoman to where she can't jump from it to the crib. She's not the most nimble of cats...problem solved. Wrong! The next time I was in the glider with my feet propped up, she came into the nursery and immediately bounded into the crib. I didn't know she had it in her. I guess she proved me wrong. Hopefully she won't be as apt to get in the crib when there is another resident in it.

But as long as I'm not in the glider.....

She really prefers to sit there.
